 Our Monday night group is open to all, whether you're a practitioner or not. It's a space for sharing, learning, and growing together and is an excellent opportunity for newcomers to get a taste of what shadow work involves and for seasoned depth work practitioners to deepen their practice.  Join Us Here

Wednesday 7-9:30 pm EST Closed to practitioners only

This session is closed and available to only those who have been to a Shadow Ceremony. Designed for advanced practitioners, this invitation-only group focuses on refining and deepening the integration process. Participants share insights, learn advanced techniques, and explore nuanced approaches to their personal and professional shadow work practices. 

Friday 11:11 am EST Open to all levels of interest (Focused Work, App supported)

This group supports the Mental Cleanse Experience, a powerful mindfulness program designed to recalibrate patterns and cycles of suffering. Open to all levels, participants engage in meaningful practices to uncover and align with a new story waiting to emerge. Dedicated space for men to explore personal growth and connection
This group offers a safe and empowering environment for men to engage in guided discussions and reflective practices. Participants navigate life’s challenges, celebrate successes, and step into authentic masculinity with intention and purpose, fostering meaningful growth and a supportive brotherhood.

Saturday 11:11 am EST, Open to anyone (Not a work container)

This a community circle that is reclaiming the practice of belonging circles. Here we are cultivating belonging not diving into the deep. It is a place to come and be part of a community of seekers interested in cultivating the experience of belonging in self and others.   

Sunday 5:00 pm EST, Open to anyone (Focused Work)

This weekly gathering uses simple yet profound prompts to explore spiritual topics in a collective setting. Through shared insights and deep dives, participants uncover pearls of wisdom that expand awareness and foster meaningful growth in a supportive community. Work may or may not come up.   

Daily 4:30 am EST, Open to anyone (Focused Work)

This daily morning circle provides a space for focused meditation and conscious cultivation. It’s perfect for cultivating clarity, setting intentions, and starting each day aligned with purpose and presence. Imagine how it would feel to commit to a year of conscious cultivation.
